About Insight2 Mental
Health founder, Jo Wood
Jo’s passion is to help us understand and have some Insight2 what may be going on for us if we experience poor mental health, and most importantly what we can do about it.
Helping us maintain good mental health is also very important and forms a backbone of Jo’s work.
Jo has spent over 20 years supporting people and building healthy organisations. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a qualified Human Givens Psychotherapist, and is an Instructor Member with Mental Health First Aid England (Adult and Youth Programme).

Insight… the capacity to gain an accurate and deep understanding
Mental Health Aware Training (Half Day)
This introductory four hour session raises awareness of mental health. Your employees will gain an understanding of what mental health is and how to challenge stigma surrounding it as well as the confidence to offer support to someone in distress.
Mental Health First Aid Champions (1 Day)
This one day mental health awareness and skills course qualifies employees as MHFA Champions, giving them the knowledge and confidence to provide Mental Health First Aid for the most common mental health issues that might arise in the everyday workplace.
Mental Health First Aid (2 Day)
This course, which will certify delegates as Mental Health First Aiders, provides an in-depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing, as well as the practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of a range of mental health issues.
