I offer in-person therapy sessions from a calm, safe and confidential location in Claydon, near Ipswich, or online – via Teams – if you prefer.

Therapy sessions cost £90 an hour (inc. VAT).

It takes real courage to open up to someone you haven’t met before – and I promise to help you feel as comfortable as possible from your very first session.

You’ll start by completing a couple of forms, and we’ll discuss confidentiality. We’ll start to establish what’s brought you to therapy and get clear on what you’d like to change or manage better.

Once you begin to understand why you feel the way you do, I’ll share some simple relaxation techniques to help you feel calmer and more in control. We’ll come up with a plan to help you achieve your goals as quickly as possible and agree on practical steps you can take right away to improve the way you feel.

I aim to help you start feeling better from your first session. Sometimes just telling someone how hard things have been provides an immediate sense of relief – and you should notice changes and improvements within a few sessions, as you deal with your challenges and learn new strategies for managing your life.

Yes, absolutely. You can talk openly with a guarantee of complete confidentiality, unless you share something that puts you or others at risk of harm.

Sessions are flexible and can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes long, with the first session lasting up to 90 minutes to allow time to get to know each other and understand your needs. The cost will reflect the duration of each session.
